The Lot
Located at 460 Douglas Ave. Providence RI. our lot is within walking distance from Providence College. We offer a fenced in lot with 24/7 access so that our tenants can come and go as they please. The lot is also equipped with an active 24/7 CCTV system. The lot is also illuminated between certain hours. At this time we have space for approximately 20 cars.

12 Month Term: $125 per month
Student Term: $100 per month (proof of enrollment required)
